Getting started
Elite Amenity Management officially begins serving Club 333 on September 1, 2026.
Residents can expect a refreshed service experience, new communication, and evolving programming. Existing access and policies remain in effect unless a specific update is announced.
Access & membership
Access is available to eligible residents and authorized household members according to •Hub and Club 333 policies.
Yes. Members may bring up to four guests per visit unless reserving a grill or room rental. Weekday guest passes are $10 and weekend guest passes are $20. Please arrive, check in, and enjoy the Club together.
Monthly membership is $95 plus tax for September 2026 ($99.28 after tax). Beginning October 1, 2026, monthly membership is $125 plus tax ($130.62 after tax). A one-time $75 enrollment fee applies when joining.
Any new profile, waiver, or app activation requirements will be shared with residents before they take effect.
Fitness & pool
Club hours are Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–10:00 PM, Friday 6:00 AM–11:00 PM, and Saturday–Sunday 8:00 AM–11:00 PM. Pool hours are Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–9:30 PM and Saturday–Sunday 10:00 AM–8:00 PM. Holiday changes will be shared in advance.
Yes. Elite plans to introduce rotating wellness programming such as yoga, strength, mobility, aquatics, and specialty workshops.
The pool may close for cleaning, maintenance, water-quality balancing, inspections, or urgent safety needs.
Reservations
The Screening Room, Party Room, Biz Room, Kids’ Room, and Sky Lounge may be reserved. The Den and Club Lounge are not available for private rentals. Visit Membership & Policies for rates and reservation basics.
The booking method is being finalized. Residents will receive a direct link and instructions.
Room requests must be submitted at least five days in advance. Cancel at least three days before the event to receive a full refund.
A two-hour grill-cabana reservation is $55 Monday–Thursday and $80 Friday–Sunday. Each cabana is limited to eight people, including the member, and a household may reserve one cabana at a time.

Ordinary pets are limited to the dog run or other expressly designated areas. Service animals are permitted in member-accessible areas as required by law, including the pool deck, but animals may not enter pool or spa water. Assistance-animal requests are considered through the reasonable-accommodation process. More information appears under Membership & Policies.
